Article IV: Officers
Section 1 – Elected Officers
The officers of the Section on Radiation Oncology shall consist of the Chair; the Vice-Chair, who shall be the Chair-Elect, and who shall serve as the Program Chair; the Immediate Past-Chair; the Secretary-Treasurer; and one Member-at-Large.

Section 2 – The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall be the elected officers. The Chair with the approval of the Executive Committee may create additional, temporary, or standing committees to deal with the needs of the Section. Each committee shall have a chair and each committee will be required to submit a written report at each annual meeting to be circulated to the members and preserved by the Secretary.

The continuity of the archives for the Section shall be ensured by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Section.
