  2. The award is not obligatory each year.
  3. The award should not be made posthumously, except when recipient has died following his or her selection.
  4. The recipient shall have been a member of the TRS for at least ten years.
  5. A nominee shall currently be in good standing with the ACR and shall be certified by the American Board of Radiology, the American Board of Nuclear Medicine or the American Board of Osteopathic Radiology.
  6. Nominations shall be presented, in writing, to the Secretary at least four months prior to the date of any duly selected interim meeting or the date of the annual business meeting. The Executive Committee may nominate suitable candidates for such award on its own.
