Bylaws Committee (Chair: Cynthia Sherry, MD)This committee shall annually review the bylaws of the TRS and submit any proposed changes to the Secretary so that such proposed changes can be submitted to the Executive Committee at least forty-five days prior to the annual business meeting, at which proposed amendments are voted upon. |
