Finance Committee (Chair: I. RAY KIRK, MD)

This committee shall submit an annual budget for approval by the Executive Committee at the mid-year meeting. It shall also submit a financial report to the Executive Committee at both the annual and mid-year meetings. The committee shall be composed of the Treasurer, the President, the President-Elect, and the First Vice president. The Treasurer shall serve as Chairman.
