Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health and the Texas Radiological Society. The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Diagnostic Radiology Program

The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Radiation Oncology Program

The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor designates this live activity for a maximum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. The CME activity code for the Radiation Oncology/Medical Physics program is 8624.

   

Ethics

Self Assessment Module (SAM) Credit

The lectures below have been qualified by the American Board of Radiology in meeting the criteria for self-assessment toward the purpose of fulfilling requirements in the ABR Maintenance of Certification Program.

  • Diagnostic Radiology SAMs:  4 SAM credits available
  • ACR RADS classification by Drs. Chintapalli, Farinas and Ocazionez-Trujillo (1.5 SAM credit)
  • Management of Incidentalomas by Dr. Federle (1.5 SAM credit)
  • Mammography & Ultrasound by Drs. Ulissey and Stavros (1 SAM credit)
  • Radiation Oncology SAMs: 2.75 SAM credits available
  • Head & Neck Cancer by Dr. Sher (1.5 SAM credit)
  • Lymphoma by Dr. Kelsey (1.25 SAM credit)

 

Modality Accreditation Program Credits

The CME obtained from our program also counts toward CME requirements for various modality accreditation programs. A separate CME form will be provided for calculating CME hours for modality accreditation purposes.



Radiology Leadership Institute

The ACR Radiology Leadership Institute® (RLI)  has approved the following sessions for up to 2.75 RLI credits. 

 

  • Leadership in the Era of Large Merged Groups (Lexa)
  • Helping Large Groups Implement New ACR Tools (McGinty)
  • Value Added Medicine for the Radiologist (Lexa)

 

 

Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits

CAMPEP (Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Educational Programs) has approved this educational program for up to 20 hours of MPCEC (Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits) in the Diagnostic Radiology Program and up to 14 hours of MPCEC in the Radiation Oncology Program for a maximum of 20 hours of MPCEC.
